how to make a loop with only one string per colour

How do I make a loop on pattern 46 it has two different colour combinations on each side and im not sure how to fit them in the loop? And techniques or suggestions? Thank you in advance!

MashaKnots has a good video on this: https://youtu.be/_IyGiKsjNJMBasically you cut a string that is twice as long as you would need. You split that string in half, so it's only 3 strands instead of 6. You fold the string in half. You do the same thing with all other strings that you only need one of. You interlock the folded loops of the strings from opposite sides to secure them. You make the loop like you usually would. After the loop you use both halves of the string as one string. |
