Start your loop by folding your strings in half. Pick out one to use as your ‘covering string’ and separate it from the group. At the center point of your folded strings, create a larks head knot using your covering string. Using one side of your covering string start making backwards-forwards knots (or forward- backwards depending on how you’re holding your strings). Create half of the loop like this and then flip it and use the other side of string and repeat until you reach the size of loop you want.
