What dimensions are too big or too small for a bracelet?

100 rows would definitely be too long. I'd go for around 85 rows.

A width of 20 can be alright but I would say is on the thicker side when it comes to bracelets.

I really don’t think anything is TOO big! I’ve seen really really big ones, like around 100 rows before!

Hello! Absolute dimensions are hard to say, as it would depend on the arm and wrist size of the wearer as well as the thickness of the string used. 20 x 100 would probably be fine for a bookmark, but as @halokiwi said, a length of about 85 rows would probably be long enough for most people. P.S. I'm assuming you're asking regarding pattern dimensions (excluding additional shaped/triangle ends—so do consider factoring those in when you're designing a pattern).

i typically have to have 100 rows or more on most of my bracelets excluding the triangle ends bc i have sausage wrists 😂 so it really just depends on what is long enough for you to be able to wear it yourself.

It depends on the person! I have small wrists cause I am SkInNy and I like 85-100 rows 🙂 my wrist can fit into a gummy wrapper and it shocks people!
