I’m finishing some bracelets im looking down right? Well I stay looking down and my neck hurts sooo much and it really effects my motivation. Any positions I can sit in to avoid this?

You might be too far away from your patterns. If you could find a way to get them closer to you that'd help, so you could lean back in your seat and be more comfortable. Sitting back defo helps me w back / neck strain. It also helps to take breaks in between and do some simple stretches 😊

I like to put my bracelets on a clipboard, then lean the clipboard on my knees while I rest my back on a pillow. I don’t really get any neck or back pain when knotting like this, so it might help to try

i think i maybe did this like once, but i started the bracelet and then taped it to the wall at about a bit higher than eye level so i could work on the bracelet standing up

Make sure you're taking breaks when you're knotting, I like to roll my neck around a bit every so often just to stretch it out. As someone else said, it could be easier if you print it out and stick it around eye level when you're laying back or you can also stick it next to the strings on your table/clipboard which helped me a lot. Also, make sure your posture is good! When I starting doing my bracelets sitting in an actual chair instead of just on the floor or laying on my bed, it stopped a lot of the pain I had had in my neck and back 😄 Hope any of this advice helped ❤️
