Yes, it means you should change the pattern.We moderators count in the brackets how many times a pattern gets resubmitted without changes and if it gets submitted too many times we'll delete it because then we consider it spam. But we always give a warning before doing so. Your pattern is a pattern with simple flowers. We already have lots of patterns with flowers like these and they are also not complex enough. A general recommendation is to message the moderator who declined your pattern or ask in the review notes when you don't understand a decline message. |
