I have written a tutorialFor normals -add an extra string on the left and the right -onto that extra string make bf knots on the left and fb knots on the right For alphas - replace both the first and the last knot of each row with bf knots on the left and fb knots on the right - that means you do two bf or fb knots right after each other |
