My alpha bracelets getting wider while I making it, is it normal?

This is a common issue and often happens when there are many colours/colour switches in a row.Make sure that all the string you are using produces the same knot sizes. Using only string by one brand can help. Try making your colour switches as smooth as possible. Using the flat alpha technique can help. |

i’ve noticed this in my alphas as well, and i’ve tried making the later rows tighter, but i’m pretty sure it’s bc of the color switches and you want to try and make ur knots looser yk? even tho i have a lot of trouble w this, im trying to remember to make my knots looser at the beginning of the bracelet so it evens out when it widens at the bottom
