Any tips to do better alphas? It's going to be my first alpha. 🙂

Hi! I will share what I have learned, but I’m still not too good at alphas either. But, if you watch any of Kinsey B’s videos, she helps a lot. Also, I would start out with a smaller one. But, most of all, DONT GIVE UP! after my first alphas I didn’t want anything to do with bracelets anymore, just keep trying! @Love_Fox2

I recommend starting with an alpha with not too many strings and not too many colours so you are not overwhelmed by colours switches or strings. For the colour switches I recommend using the flat alpha technique. It will make the bracelet a lot smoother.

@Kleo_pel I have never tried it but I would recommend adding the new base string in and knotting around it and the old leading string for a few rows to give it more stability. There's also this video on the topic https://youtu.be/K47ogYsEpyw |
