How do i get a flat alpha? Everytime i make patterns, the string always ends up with big knots instead of small ones and it just makes the pattern im making all clumped up and doesnt look good

You can try the flat alpha technique. MashaKnots has a video on it but others do too. Basically what you do is insert the previous leading string into the first knot of the new colour. This way the knots are more connected and the bracelet won't be as bumpy.A general advice is also to not pull your strings and knots too tight. |
