Holes in my shaped bracelets

Alright so I made a pumpkin bracelet that is shaped and when its at the tightest point there's always a hole at the middle, do I have to add any extra knots to make the hole disappear?

I rarely do shaped bracelets but this is what I do when I do triangle ends: I make one or two square knots to hold it together.
