I usually get my threads in bulk from Amazon. For base strings I normally use Crochet thread, as they are thicker than normal embroidery thread.Some people also buy theirs from AliExpress. I haven't tried it but there seems to be quite a variety there as well 😄 |

Hello! And welcome to the wonderful world of bracelet making! For thread, I recommend Amazon- you can get a lot of thread for super cheap (like less than $10 USD for over 100 threads in diff colors) tho if u don’t have access to online options, craft stores usually have packs of thread for sale too (I’m not sure for how much haha). I got my first pack from Walmart, it’s pretty good stuff to start out with!

Usually, i get my string from a craft store (im not sure the name) nearby and i think most craft stores do have this but its just a bunch if drawers if the embroidery thread in many different colors. i would recommend setting the thread in person and choosing out colors from the actual thing to make sure you know exactly what you need before you move on to ordering online

If you live in the USA/Canada, common sources of string there are Walmart, Joanne’s and Michael’s.
