When top string colors don't match bottom

I want to try normal pattern 16603. There are over 100 photos of it so people are obviously completing it. But the bottom row does not match up to the top. What do I do? I've tried seeing if another row or to would get me there, but it's like "You can't get there from here" What am I missing??

You just start again in row 1 but ignore the colours. The knots are the same, but the colours are different. I think after you repeated the complete pattern 10 times, you'll get to the original colours again.

Ignore the colors and repeat it.
