I like having a small clipboard, but it'd be nice to have my WIPs, but I can't find one with a clip that doesn't have that little gap in the middle. Anyone got suggestions on clipboards?

I may have literally just made a little organizer thing out of foam for my clipboard...so instead what do you do with your WIP?

@Rowsitt I like that idea, but I'm more looking to figure out what to do with my wip. I make bracelets at work. It was fine when I only had one normal wip, but now I also have a alpha wip that is kind of everywhere now.

No, someone else might run across this and find it helpful, so don't worry! I had never thought of that before. Might end up doing that if I need more than one clipboard, but I'm good with having one.

what I do is usually place a binder clip on a hardcover book or notebook, this seems to work well. for my wips, you can get a small plastic organizer from either the hardware store or online, the one i have is this one: https://homak.com/product/short-storage-box/ . it works well for storing anything I need on the go such as small sewing scissors, bobbins, scrap thread, etc, and its small and fairly cheap. hope this helps!

I have a small clipboard too. I get my clipboards from office supply stores. When it comes to storing wips, I put mine in these little zip log bags I bought at a craft store so they don’t get tangled with my other bracelets and I label them too sometimes. Then I just place them in a box where I store my other wips.

I have a little storage compartment with three drawers that have my scissors + extra random bits of string, WIPs and finished bracelets. I also have a string organizer box with all my embroidery floss. I tend to use a safety pin and hook it to my beanbag or other things because I found that clipboards don’t always work that well. Hope this was helpful @Panbylee
