how do i add tutorials?

i've been using this app for more than a year and today i was looking into adding a tutorial but i couldn't figure how! do i need to be a higher rank?

To add a tutorial you have to message a moderator. They'll give you the email address that you have to send your tutorial to. Tutorials are submitted via email in a word or pdf file and once the tutorial is approved, admin will post it for you. The tutorial should be structured similar to how the already existing tutorials on braceletbook are structured.
