How to rotate an already existing alpha pattern

I want to make #46511 as a wall hanging and I want it to be horizontal and I can't add a variation to it. so I would really appreciate if you can guide me on how to rotate the pattern. Thank You

You will have to knot based on the grid, not the knotting instruction. The knotting instruction is always created so it has the least amount of base strings. That's not always what makes sense for a specific pattern.

@halokiwi, what a great suggestion. Just turning the grid on its side takes care of this problem!
