When you knot row by row do you start on the left and work all the way to right.. or do left half till the center then start at right end and work till center..

I’m assuming you mean for alpha patterns? For those it’s normally left to right 🙂
If you’re talking about normal patterns, it really depends on the pattern. However, I do believe that segment knotting is a lot faster so maybe you can try that out (there are a few videos on YouTube and some tutorials on bracelet book on this if you need help)

You can do it either way. Both ways will work. I would suggest doing it left to right complete row or right to left 😊

I'm also assuming you talk about normal patterns. You can do it either way. I think most people will do it left to right because that's the direction most people read in (at least most people on this website, not sure how the percentages are in the whole world, but that's besides the point 😉)

I would also definitely recommend to always knot in complete rows because this way you are less likely to be confused or forget knots.

For alphas you always make a complete row from the left to the right, then a complete row from the right to the left and so on.

Assuming your talking about alpha patterns then it would be best to work all the way across

In normal patterns, read left to right each row.
