Hello

I cannot print the pattern in a big readable size 🙁...it always print in very small and unreadable size even though I have chosen "adjusted to the page format"? Could someone help ? thanks a lot

Usually in the printer settings there is a preview of how what you are printing will look like printed.

Play around with the settings until it looks like you want it to look.
Things you could play around with:
- layout: does the pattern fill the paper better in portrait or landscape mode
- make sure you have the right paper size in your settings
- if you put margins to "none" the pattern will be as close to the edge of the paper as possible
- you could also customise the scale to see which scale you need for the paper to be fully filled out

Your printer might have different settings but I recommend to just play around with it to see what works

Oddly that started happening for me yesterday out of the blue when I've never had a problem printing patterns before. I am a print professional by profession and I was unable to get it to print at a proper size and ended up screenshotting and printing directly from photoshop.
