Where do you get the wood base rod things for bigger alphas? I tried Google but I couldn't find anything 😭 Do they come in different sizes or do you trim them manually? |

They are called dowels, I get mine from dollar tree but if I need ones for patterns over 40 base strings I use kitchen skewers.

depending on where you live– michaels works perfect for the united states, but anywhere else you can get them from your local craft store. if for some reason you cant find them, amazon is always a good option. also, wooden chopsticks work very very well .

I use skewer or kebab sticks and they work well, I found them in my house. I chop them smaller if I need to.
