hello 👋🏼 i am not a beginner but somehow my bracelets are curling up.. i have improved a lot by making the knots a lot less tighter and they have stopped curling that much but not entirely, and this only happens when the bracelet comes in contact with water.. please help me out if any one can.. thank you 👏🏼👏🏼

Hi!
Bracelets curling is actually normal, after they've been worn for a while.
It's due to the strings you used, or the tension in your knots.
All my bracelets curl after a while when I use synthetic / polyester threads, such as embroidery floss bought from Amazon / Aliexpress etc. or acrylic yarns.
They don't like heat, and showers / baths can damage them 🙂
Hope it helps.

The one bracelet might have been left out in the sun, or maybe the room it was left in was extra humid or smth. If I need one of mine to lie flat I usually crush it under a heavy book like a flower after misting it with some water.

Was it a candystripe? If it was, then maybe that's why. When a bracelet pattern has knots of the same type moving in mostly the same direction (like the candy stripe has a lot of forward knots moving in the same direction), it curls. You should try the straight edge technique, there are some tutorials here and on youtube. If that doesn't help, try sticking the bracelet in a book to flatten it. Hope that helps.
