how long should i cut the strings for pattern #117. ive made it once before but forget the length and can’t find the video i wayched

usually you do a wingspan length, but it is up to you depending on how long you want your bracelet to be. since it’s the braided pattern, i would do the same length for each color since it’s equal for each color (skimming the pattern).

usually, i cut strings based on my fingertips to the mid of my chest or opposite shoulder. masha knots has a braided stitched tutorial if that’s the video you’re looking for. if not i believe she goes over string length.

I like to have my strings around 3 feet long, 4ft if I’m doing 2 ties instead of a loop on one end
