Hi! I'm done with my keychains. I'm just wondering how to end the leading string (background color). So for the other colors, i just snip it but I don't like to snip the leading string because it's showing in the front that it was cut. Is it okay? Or do you guys have any other ideas on how to do it? Thank you so much!!

when i make my keychains i like to include the leading string in the bundle of base strings if that makes sense? or you can always use clear nail polish to make sure it doesn't stick out. i hope that helps!

What I usually do, is take all my base strings and gather them, then take my leading string and do a bf knot over the bundle, the cut any extra string you don’t want.

I pull it up and behind the bracelet, between the last knot and the second to last knot (this only works if you’re doing the straight edges technique). I add some clear nail polish to secure it and make sure it stays pointed towards the other end of the bracelet, then I trim the excess string once the nail polish dries.
