What do the numbers mean, in the color boxes? And how can you match the colors needed for the patterns?

that’s the hex color. it’s just a way to assign like a more ig solid way of having a color instead of being like a blue in between blue blue and green, yk? hope that helps. if you want a certain color, you can look up like red hex numbers and a bunch of different shades of reds will come up with the hex numbers and then you can copy and paste it into the generator

If you click on the boxes you will also be able to use a colour slider, so you don't really need to know the colour codes to begin with.
