sometimes when uploading a original photo is doesn't work so what I do when it doesn't work is take a screen shot of the image and submit the screen shot

@BlueBug44 the bracelet not being fully in the frame should not prevent you from submitting the photo—at worst, it might get rejected by a moderator if it is deemed not to show enough of the pattern to be accepted. Try taking another photo of the bracelet? It could be an error pertaining to that specific image. You may also want to check that you've not already submitted that image before, and that the file isn't too large a size (like in the GB kind of way).

You should try taking a picture of the bracelet on something, not using a screen shot thats what I do.
