When you print something (no matter if it is a braceletbook pattern or an essay for school) there's this interface where you can determine the format and if you want it to be printed in colour or in black and white etc. there are usually more settings too for example how many pages you want to print on one page.I recommend just opening the print menu even if you are not connected to a printer currently and check which options there are and playing around with them. It should also give you a preview how it would look if you would print it. 🙂 |

I know how to print, and how to look at print preview. no matter what i do, a large pattern ends up partially on one page, and the rest on the next page. Is that typical, or, is there any way around this?

I would recommend playing around with the size. Usually the print size is set to 100. I sometimes will use 80-90 (maybe even 75).
