Whenever I make a pattern that does not have 10 keywords, it gets declined for that reason. But on very recent patterns, there are not 10 keywords. Why is that?

It could depend on the moderator who reviewed it. Whenever I have any questions about why my pattern was declined, I ask in the review notes for clarification, so that’s what I would suggest doing

So you’ll pattern will keep on getting declined if you don’t put 10 or more keywords, so just put words the describe your pattern like shapes in it or a certain design in it

If you have at least five keywords that should be alright. Ten is only a recommendation. A pattern doesn't necessarily get declined if you have less than ten keywords.

Reasons why a pattern gets declined for keywords (that can happen with more than 10 too btw):
- keywords are misspelled
- there are keywords that are not useful / majority of the keywords are not useful like for example "cool", "color", keywords describing colours
- essential keywords are missing / keywords are missing that would make it a lot easier to find the pattern for example "letters" "font" "alphabet" for a pattern with all the letters of the alphabet

If you can't think of keywords, feel free to ask for some recommendations in the review notes. You can also look at which keywords similar patterns have used as an inspiration.
