Is there a way to find a pattern you deleted from to-dos? Like one I recently looked at?

unfortunately, no. you would have to try to find it from the whole list of patterns. if you remember how many strings/colors were in the pattern it would narrow the search a bit, but theres not much ese you could do.

Look it up under patterns. Filter by what you remember- keyword, strings, type, color, etc.

If you can't find it with the filters, you could look for similar patterns and hope that it shows up amongst the suggestions there.
