different colour alpha loop(teardrop)

so i have been really struggling to work out how to do what @Ava_O did. i saw her picture and wanted to make something similar for pattern #29126 where her loop and triangles at the start are a different colour to the background. does anyone know how to step me through this? ive watched a few videos on how to do it with the same colour but not sure what i have to change to achieve this. if there is any videos or tutorials you can recommend that would be great or if you could just type out the steps. thank you so much for any help !

her base strings are different color. do the tear drop loop how masha knots shows it, but use diff colored base strings

@lucass_ so do I do the same thing but have all one colour base strings except the leading string when making the loop if that make sense

@tary for the loop and the triangle end you only use the base strings in this case. The base strings are black. The technique you use for the triangle ends is the same you use for triangle ends in a normal pattern. Only after the triangle ends you introduce your leading string (yellow) and start knotting row by row.

No, you only start knotting with the leading string after the triangle ends, so that is where you use and insert it for the first time.
