Hello! So I am pretty new to the site and I just had a really quick question about fonts. If I see a font I want to use in my pattern, and the person who made the font doesn't specifically say to ask them in order to use it, should I still message them and ask? Or is it okay just to give them credit in the comments when I post my pattern?

Hey!!!! I hope you’re well! The best advice I can give you would be to message them privately and ask!! Another fun thing you can do is tweak different letters and make them in your own personal style so that you’re not directly copying from another user if they’re not 100% okay with it! And another great thing would be to add a comment that says “this is font # made by @username!” I hope this helps 🤍
