Hi! I just posted a super beginner friendly alpha (pattern #95096) and it only has 3 colors! I’d recommend starting with a bracelet that has minimal color

changes and few strings for your first time! Another great tip is to use the straight edges and flat alpha techniques! MarshaKnots on YouTube has a wonderful tutorial! all the best🤍

There’s no single best pattern, but any pattern with only 2 colors and no more than 20ish strings should be a good one. Some examples are #95038, #94830, #92885, #47994, #24434, #17827, and #95030. Patterns with more than 2 colors are ok, but it’s best if there are only 2 colors in most rows of the pattern. Some examples of that are #89444, #84816, #29179, and #47461.

I think the best alpha vases per person cuz well alphas are very different from normal patterns and it is easy to get discourage if it doesn't work out immediately. (cuz as you know or will soon see alphas can be very pretty, show a clear or clearer picture of something compared to normal bracelets, and have a wider range of patterns) As other people said in the comments pick a pattern that has few color switches. My recommendation is either a pattern that has only 2 or 3 colors and is of something that you like such as logo of favorite artist or etc.. That way it is something you are going to be interested in which means you'll have the motivation to keep working on it and it won't be too complex. you know 😂anyways if that didn't make too much sense you can always just do a letter/ number bracelet or keychain. Make keychain or bracelet that uses only 2 colors, one is the word/number and the other is the background. Pick something meaningful to you like a anniversary, birthday, your name, or name of someone special to you. anyways thanks for reading my ted talk have a nice day and good luck!! |
