How to film bracelet timelapses

I would like to film timelapse clips of my bracelets but im not quite sure on the setup needed to film these clips.

on iphone there is a time lapse option when you go onto the camera app which is what I used to to use, but there are also probably apps out there that you can use and as for the setup if you don’t have a tripod you could try putting your phone into a jar or mug and point it towards your work surface lol that’s what I used to do

my desk has a shelf in front of it and i put a selfie stick on it and record upside down and then flip it back around in the editing process

I stack a bunch of books up and lay my phone flat above my work station.
