where do ppl get their multicolored thread?? urgent plz answer

hey all!I'm going on a trip for a long time and won't be able to get embroidery floss for a couple months, so I am buying some more. I really want to get some multicolored thread as well, but I can't find any. is there any on amazon that work well for u all? tysm! - @stasia |

If you get strings from Michael's, obviously as another poster said there's skeins from DMC that have cool tie dye color effects. Loops & Threads also happen to sell variegated thread packs, but they're not multicolored essentially, but the strings have gradients of a color instead. For example, theres string that goes from black to gray to white. I've also seen dark blue go to blue, powder blue, to white and back. Other than that, Etsy is probably going to be another good bet to grab multicolored string. Of course, shipping might be an issue if you're trying to go on vacation super soon. My personal opinion would be just to grab a chunk of those DMC multicolored thread, but make them your absolute favorites cuz they ARE expensive. |

Good will and dollar stores may have really cheap thread for great prices, but no guarantees there.

Micheals, loops and threads has a gradient pack, prism has tie dye thread (which includes some solid colors as well. But it does snap sometimes but I think they fixed that) then there’s also DMC there and probably other stuff too lol. I haven’t checked Amazon but Amazon has basically everything so.
