If you still want to finish the bracelet, you can make yourself work on it for just 5 or 10 minutes every day, and make sure you’re watching/listening to something you enjoy while you’re making the bracelet. If you don’t want to finish the bracelet, you can untie it (or just cut off the extra string) and save the scraps, then start a fun pattern that you’re looking forward to making

You will get better, I promise!!!! Just practice and it will be way more fun when it looks cool. Also if you have online school what I do is make my bracelet while my teacher is talking. Makes the lesson more interesting too 😉😂

you could cut it short into a keychain!! but just try to stick it out so you can finish. listening/watching to stuff really helps, like music, a podcast, netflix or youtube. it will be so rewarding once you finish!!!

Something I do is when a bracelet doesn't work out I tell myself, try again in a few day, take a break, and practice.

The options really are these:1) As suggested by @sashell627 — Cut it short (you can turn it into a keychain or ring this way). And save the scrap threads for something else, like a future rag rug bracelet or alpha 2) As suggested by @lucass_ — Start a new bracelet of a pattern you really want to make and (2a) let the other one sit in a box for a while and come back to it later/periodically (2b) undo all the knots when you have time and reuse the threads for another bracelet (2c) keep the unfinished bracelet as something to look back on for comparison in the future to see how far you've progressed 3) As suggested by @madeleine_ — set goals for yourself to finish it anyway by portioning short periods of time (or a fixed number of lines/sections) per day of the 'problem bracelet' to finish (while listening to/watching something you enjoy) |

All bracelets are different. If one doesn’t work out maybe the next one will! Keep trying! Don’t give up!
