is there any way to hide the backs of alphas? can you sew them to fabric, or do two repetitions of the same pattern and sew them back to back?

You are able to sew cloth, fabric, leather, etc. on to the backs of alphas 🙂 There is also a Technic called "Clean back alphas" And it is basically when the front and back of your alphas look the same.Kraft Krazy (@Krafty_K) has a very detailed tutorial on it and that might help for the clean back alpha 👍 And it would also work if you did the design twice and like glue them together 😉 |

@abbey10 , thank you! i have had the idea of sewing it to leather, perhaps using a denim needle and a strong stitch so that i can get through leather and thread. i have been unable to find any pictures of someone having done this on this site. have you?

I have seen people do it on Instagram, but not on this site. But you could use a needle like you seid, and sew it together. I don’t know how to sew, but I have glued felt to the back of my alphas🙂 and sorry if this does not make sense😅

I normally use tacky glue to glue felt onto the back of my keychains. And then I trim around the keychain once it's dried. It also makes the keychains mores stiff so they don't fold easily.

i'm thinking ill sew it to leather, i have this weird issue with glue. it will just need to be cut the exact same as the bracelet, i thought a 64 strand alpha would be the same size as a 64 strand normal pattern, but as it turns out, they are very different, i basically have a cuff a la wonder woman 😂

I also saw some people use nail polish gloss instead of glue

You can sew or hot glue fabric to the back but what i do is i trim the messy back and then i use clear nail polish to get it to glue down the loose strings
