So basically thereโ€™s official challenges from BraceletBook monthly and weekly, and you get the numbers from participating in them. Every challenge bracelet you make for that month gives you a little number

Like @chocochip said, there are monthly and weekly official challenges that anyone can participate in run by the moderators. The Offical June monthly challenge forum hasn't been posted yet, but here's the link to the Official June 221 Weekly Challenge, Week 1.

They are from Official challenges. In the challenge thread, there is always a Official challenges going on. So there is a list of patterns, and when a user makes one of the patterns, and posts a photo with the word "Challenge" in it the Moderator that accepts the photo will give you one reward for each pattern you make. the reward is the little number at the top of your profile ๐Ÿ™‚.
There is a monthly challenge going on and a weekly challenge going on right now. here are the links:
