The most common way I’ve seen them made is to wrap square knots around the set of ties on both ends. I watched a video by BeyondBracelets on YouTube and her video was really helpful

the easiest way that i’ve seen it being done is just a knot that goes up and down. just look up “how to make an adjustable knot on a bracelet” on youtube and it’s by loopbraider and it should be the third result
