why is my pattern not accepted?

i tried submiting a pattern multiple times but it keeps being rejected. How do i make my pattern acceptable?

Make sure to read the warnings at the top. You could be using a colour too dark or too similar to another for instance. If you really don’t know you can message johny and he should be able to tell you why it’s being rejected.

I asked johny and he asked me to add it again so that he could tell the reason. Then he declined it without telling me the reason.
