I can't find my alpha pattern I made after I submitted it. Is this normal?

I spent several hours working on it. I might die a little on the inside if it got deleted. I submitted it for review and it's not with my other "create alpha" patterns.

Yes, this is normal. Until it gets accepted or declined you won’t see it.

hey! all patterns need to be reviewed by a moderator before they can be published to the site. you are not able to access the pattern until after it is reviewed, though some users take screenshots of their patterns before submitting so they can still have access to them until they have been reviewed. if your pattern is accepted, the pattern will show up under the "patterns" page and your profile. if your pattern is declined, your pattern will appear in your "create patterns" page, saved as a draft, and when you open up the pattern, you will see a decline message written by the moderator who reviewed your pattern; you can then edit your pattern according to the decline message and submit it again for a second review. your pattern should be reviewed within 24 hours. hope that helps! 🙂
