if you submit a photo that is part of a challenge do you need to write challenge in the photo or will mods just know?

For the official ones you need to write it, because it would be impossible to memorize all the patterns in the weekly and monthly challenge

For non-official challenges please don't write challenge on the photo because it might be mistaken for an entry for the official challenges.I recommend to read the post of the challenge you want to participate in carefully and most of the time all information you need is already included. If information is missing you should ask the creator of the challenge because every challenge is different and has different rules. |

@halokiwi im talking about official challenges. as a mod if i forgot to put the word challenge in the picture will i still get the 'point'?

@obieeggs that depends if the mod recognises the pattern as one of the challenge patterns. Some people might also "accidentally" do challenge patterns without intending to participate and we mods can't know that.

@holokiwi ok. i asked a mod to remove it and they said they messaged the admin. i will resubmit it with the word challenge on it and also with less of a shaddow
