If you are specifically targeting the person, then that would probably fall under harassment. If it's just a coincidence that the patterns you rated 1 star were theirs, then I think it would be fine. Just make sure you're not targeting their patterns on purpose.

If you rate one or two then it might be ok but not if you rate all of their patterns.

I feel like that depends. If you have more than 4 patterns and they are all rated one star, then yes. But if someone didn’t like the message or like what they are (like how yours are about the military I believe) if they don’t like that or are kinda against it and they rated them all patterns like that one star. That would maybe be a coincidence because they may not know they were all urs. If it happens again then it may be intentional

I think that's why you aren't allowed to give 1-star ratings til you're a certain rank. It helps to prevent that sort of rating abuse.

It used to happen a lot where people would rate a ton of one user's patterns 1 star, but now only bracelet kings can rate patterns 1 star so its mostly gone away. It doesn't feel very encouraging when people rate patterns by 1 star, but its not specifically bullying.

It might but if they are racist or something then report them or message the person and ask them to make nicer patterns.
