Does pool water fade your bracelets or loosen them? pls help

I don’t think so. I’ve had this one bracelet on for like a year and a half. I’ve showered with it and swam in lakes and pools and nothing has happened to it. The only blemish on it is paint from art class but other than that it looks the same. We even had a color fight and it was fine.

If you are consistently swimming in a chlorine pool then yes, the chlorine will eventually fade your bracelet but we’re talking like you have one in your backyard and are using it everyday sort of thing. If it’s salt water or you’re only visiting a pool once in a while you probably won’t notice a difference. Water of any kind will soften your bracelet and my loosen the overhand knots but I haven’t noticed any actual bracelet knots loosen from continued wear in a pool.

I am a competitive swimmer and I have a couple of anklets. I’ve had them on for a couple months and the color hasn’t faded a lot but it does make your knots kinda loose.
