How do I integrate a dream catcher into a normal pattern?

Been seeing normal pattern bracelets with dream catchers embedded in them on IG, and I really, really want to be able to make one, but i’m not sure how. I’m guessing we could treat the dream catchers the same way we’d treat a charm or watch face set in the middle of a bracelet, but the versions I saw looked more like the bracelets were made continually around them. Any ideas, suggestions, and/or tutorials are most welcome!

I have never seen this but i looked it up on google and I think the way you make it is ataching the strings to one sido of the dream catcher using larks head knots like you would to for a keychain on a d-ring and then do the bracelet half way. Then you do the same to the other side and the dream catcher is in the middle. I hope this makes sense!
