I have made a pattern before but I want to know what the easiest way to make a pattern is for you

Draw alpha and interactive normal. Unless I’m doubling a normal, then the written version is easier

For normal patterns I mainly use a combination of the interactive normal and the normal generator. I use the normal generator to write the base of the pattern or to repeat the pattern if it needs to repeat in order for the strings to match up.For alpha patterns I mainly draw them in a pixel art app and then use "alpha from image" on them. Another thing that I do less often is to take an image, use alpha from image on it and then tweak it using alpha and draw alpha. I honestly think it depends on what kind of pattern you are making and what's easiest for you. I recommend just experimenting a little. 👍 |
