Just be active. Write on forums, chat, post pictures, make patterns, etc. There is no requirements

and don’t worry about leveling up fast. itll be harder to get each rank, so don’t get discouraged

You can level up by commentng competing in challenges making friends and talking in the chat rating patterns, and posting pictures or vids
