Hi, to create patterns you need to be on the website, not the app. On a computer you hover over your username on the top right, on a phone you click on it. Then you select “create patterns” in the drop-down menu. Then you can choose if you want to create a normal or alpha pattern.

You can do it on your phone too. You just need to be on the website, not the app. The steps are the same.

But I just login to do app if I go to the website they will let me log in again.

Go to "log in" on the website. Click "forgotten password". Enter your email address you have used for this account. Open your email account and the email you have received. Follow the instructions in the email.
