How to prevent holes in a bracelet?

Since i learned to do alphas even classic chevrons had huge holes in them. I didn't had this problem before, can someone help?

your knots might be too loose. that’s the only thing i can think of, other than that you might be like forgetting knots in your pattern or smthg but i don’t think it’s that.

Kinda feel like I'm doing the knots from wrong angle. Alphas are a straight line, chevrons are angled, you get the point

Maybe tie your knot tighter. and maybe segment knot? This has happened to me, but I just tightened my knot tighter🙂
