I am so confused with th length for each bracelet/key chains. And i know each one should be different depends on the patterns I chose. BUT is there any way we can normally determine them? because running out of floss while u're still doing the bracelet/keychains can be horrible 😭 😭 😭

I cut my string when I’m making bracelets between 5.5-6 ft.

I usually cut my string 1 meter each if I’m not doing a loop and 2 meters each and you fold each in half when doing a loop. For alphas: base strings I cut around 40 cm each base string which I then fold in half for a keychain and 1 meter each base string (and you fold them in half) when making a bracelet and as for the leading strings I just leave them in a bobbin. Hope that helps!

I need help figuring out the sizes and how big they are going to be. I'm honestly confused I'm so used to following youtube tutorials but they don't have anything like this so I moved to this app. Any help?

lollll actually though, since you’re a beginner i’m gonna assume ur gonna do smaller bracelets, so as long as you do like the half wingspan thing, you’ll be fine.

also i think on the website if you click on the top string, it’ll show you like the path that the string takes so you could do some fancy schmancy calculations and figure out roughly how much you’ll need

Yeah pretty much. Except I don’t do this for keychains since they aren’t nearly as long as bracelets.

I honestly just cut string to what I think is a good length😂 I don’t do half my wingspan or anything I just eyeball it. After you make the same bracelet a few times you get the hang of how long you need to cut them, if they are too long or too short
