How do those of you who change hands when doing knots do fb and bf knots?

Question out of curiosity! Do those of you who have to change hands when doing backward and forward knots change hands in the middle of doing a backward-forward or forward-backward knot? I personally use the same hand for my knots, so I'm just curious! 🤪

Hi! When I do bf and fb knots, I don't tend to switch hands, his is my personal preference though 🙂

I always do the f knots with my right hand and the b knots with my left hand, so when I do bf/fb knots I switch hand during the knot 🙂
