Patterns to do after chevron & candy stripe?

Hi! So I recently got pretty good at basic chevron and candy stripe bracelets. I know those are recommended for beginners, and I would like to know any recommended patterns to learn after those. (I also learned how to read patterns)

When I’ve taught people I generally go candy stripe, arrowhead, bordered arrowhead and then a diamonds and x s pattern like #16578 so you can do backwards-forwards, forwards-backwards knots in a pattern and then something like #11085 is easy to follow and segment knot too.

One of the first ones that I did after candy stripe and chevron was pattern #117. It’s the one that looks like a braid and is easy to segment knot as well. Hope this helps!
