Section Partitioning in Patterns

Hello! I have made many bracelets before, but only the diagonal line and chevron ones. Recently I have started making other patterns (regular, not alpha - alpha is a struggle for another day 🙂), but I can’t figure out how I’m supposed to do section by section so I don’t have to just work across the pattern and continuously consult it. Thank you!!!

It depends on the pattern if you can make it section by section but generally spoken you can often see how special lines in a pattern add up and you what to fill out every knot that you only have to knot these lines with one string at the time
