Alpha changing colors

Hi!So I’ve been having problems when doing alphas. Wherever I change colors, it sticks out and isn’t flat. Is there something I’m doing wrong or do I just need to practice? Thanks! |

Yes, you can do the flat alpha technique. MashaKnots has a video on it. It's an alternative way of making colour switches that makes them flatter and the bracelet in general more connected and less bumpy. But it's definitely also a practice thing 🙂 so keep on practicing 👍

I always did the flat alpha technique but my color switches were always still bad. I watched masha knots Junimo video walk through and I watched exactly how she color switched. It really helped me to make my color switching better so if you’re still struggling you can do that

Also, maybe change your knot tension. Sometimes if it is too tight, the new knots will stick out more
